THE ROLE

This is a position unique to the Dublin private practice market, to work within a small high-end team with real opportunities for progression.

You should have highly relevant experience in M&A and corporate finance and be looking for a long-term career.

ABOUT YOU

A corporate lawyer with 5-8pqe, you should have completed a minimum of a 2-year training contract.

Both experience and training should have been completed with a leading law firm in Dublin or a major onshore jurisdiction.

Outstanding academics are a must but so too is a real understanding of the business of law and an interest in business development.

Candidates will require experience in the following key areas; M&A, venture capital and private equity in its core areas of focus. Equity capital markets experience while not essential, will be given added weight.
